G.C. Murray II Shares Legal Career Development Insights at Florida State University College of Law’s J.D. Advantage Careers Panel

Award-winning attorney, Association GC CEO, and executive coach participated in a virtual professional development discussion focused on career opportunities beyond traditional legal practice

TALLAHASSEE, Fla., October 16, 2026 — G.C. Murray II, Esq., DPL, CEO & Managing Attorney of Association GC, participated in Florida State University College of Law’s J.D. Advantage Careers Panel on October 13, 2026, contributing his perspective as a lawyer, entrepreneur, organizational leader, and executive coach.

The virtual event, held via Zoom from 5:45 to 6:30 p.m., focused on professional pathways in which legal education and training can support careers that extend beyond traditional law practice. Murray’s participation reflected his broader commitment to legal career development, leadership, and helping professionals consider how their legal skills can translate across industries and professional roles.

Florida State University College of Law emphasizes career preparation and professional development as a central part of its work with students and graduates. Its Career Services and Professional Development Office supports students pursuing opportunities across the private sector, public sector, and other professional settings.

Murray brings experience across legal practice, nonprofit and association leadership, business strategy, and executive coaching. He leads Association GC, where he advises organizations on legal, governance, management, and strategic matters. The organization describes its work as supporting boards and executive leadership through complex organizational decisions, governance issues, growth, and long-term planning.
